Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Süäfast ("we", "us", the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Süäfast provides

Süäfast connects learners, families, tutors, handymen, employers, and job seekers. We offer tools to discover profiles, request bookings, apply for jobs, and (for tutoring) pay for certain services through our payment partner.

• Tutoring: Lessons may be booked online or in person. Applicable session fees are processed via Paystack where enabled.
• Handyman services: Customers submit job details (description, time, address). Payment for handyman work is agreed directly between the customer and the handyman unless we state otherwise in writing. Süäfast does not escrow handyman payments unless a future paid feature is explicitly offered.
• Jobs: Employers may post roles; applicants submit applications through the Platform.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tutors and handymen must complete profile and approval steps before appearing in public listings where required.

3. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Harass, discriminate against, or endanger other users
• Circumvent fees, approval workflows, or safety features
• Scrape or misuse Platform data without permission

4. Payments and refunds (tutoring)

Tutoring payments are subject to the price shown at checkout and our payment provider's rules. Refunds or rescheduling for paid lessons are handled according to booking status and admin policies communicated at the time of purchase. Charge disputes should be raised promptly through support.

5. Handyman and off-platform arrangements

Handyman bookings are booking requests only. You are responsible for verifying identity, scope, price, and safety before work begins. Süäfast is not liable for workmanship, property damage, or disputes arising from off-platform payment arrangements unless required by applicable law.

6. Content and reviews

You grant us a license to display content you submit (profiles, bios, job posts, reviews) to operate the Platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific learning outcomes, hiring results, or handyman job completion. Independent providers are not our employees unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Süäfast and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, where applicable.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply where you reside.
